Single Room Design

Service Description

The Single Room Design includes the initial design consultation. From there, I will help you: define the project goals, establish the budget, measure the space, develop the floor plan, review the design, and make minor modifications. The output of the Single Room Design will be a Floor Plan drawing with dimensions, Furniture, Fixtures, and/or Equipment recommendations, a Project Estimate, a Design Presentation PDF, and Vendor/Supplier recommendations. Note: because I am not a licensed architect, I cannot provide designs or guidance on structural elements or building codes.
