Service Description
The Three Room Design includes the initial design consultation. From there, I will help you: define the project goals, establish the budget, measure the three spaces, develop three floor plans, review the designs, and make minor modifications. The output of the Three Room Design will be three Floor Plan drawings with dimensions, Furniture, Fixtures, and/or Equipment recommendations, a Project Estimate, a Design Presentation PDF, and Vendor/Supplier recommendations. Note: because I am not a licensed architect, I cannot provide designs or guidance on structural elements or building codes.
