Service Description
The Two Room Design includes the initial design consultation. From there, I will help you: define the project goals, establish the budget, measure the two spaces, develop two floor plans, review the designs, and make minor modifications. The output of the Two Room Design will be two Floor Plan drawings with dimensions, Furniture, Fixtures, and/or Equipment recommendations, a Project Estimate, a Design Presentation PDF, and Vendor/Supplier recommendations. Note: because I am not a licensed architect, I cannot provide designs or guidance on structural elements or building codes.
